His life mission is to equip and inspire young people to be the leaders they have the potential to be as multipliers across Asia Pacific.

In 1976, he arrived as a US Peace Corps Volunteer in Malaysia serving for over 3 years.

In 1980, he joined Xerox Learning Systems (later called AchieveGlobal and now part of Miller Heiman Group) as their Master Trainer for Southeast Asia. Mr. Griffin has been the franchisee for AchieveGlobal for 20+ years in Indonesia and India.

Since 1995, he has worked with Trompenaars Hampden-Turner Consulting do Asian research and consulting on Cross Cultural Management.

Mr. Griffin is a Master Coach for Dr Tim Elmore’s globally acclaimed Habitudes Training in Asia. This unique training focuses on developing Generation Y leaders’ attitudes and habits of leadership.

Mr. Griffin volunteers for Dr John Maxwell’s EQUIP as an Associate Trainer for over 7 years and as Asian Coordinator for 6 years where he has led a team of 50 volunteer trainers to conduct leaders training across 19 countries in the Asia Pacific Region. He is also the Asian Trainer for Man in the Mirror conducting seminars for helping men be better fathers/husbands and ethical businessmen. He currently coaches men across Asia.

Mr. Griffin is also certified for Jeffrey Gitomer’s Gitomer Certified Advisor Program.

Anne began her Corporate Training Career with Next India Pvt. Ltd, and with her quest for excellence quickly moved up in her training career with Mind Trainers as a Senior Consultant Trainer, where she contributed a wealth of knowledge as a BPO and Corporate Trainer. She was responsible for Training Delivery and recruiting trainers. She then became Executive Training Manager and the only Indian on board with Campbell White Executive Soft Skills, an American Training Organization in India. She was responsible for Quality Control in Recruitment, Team Leading Training Trainers, Content Development and TTI Certified Behavior and Values Analyst.

Dr. Tan Buck Chye is the Chief Buzan Trainer and Programme Director at Tony Buzan Learning Centre, as well as the Managing Director of Mind Map Training Centre Pte Ltd.

He graduated from the National University of Singapore with direct honours in Accountancy in 1984 and subsequently a Masters in Business Administration. He also has a Doctorate in Business Administration and an advanced Postgraduate diploma in consultancy from the Henley Management College in the UK. His research interests include strategic planning, strategic marketing, management leadership, emotional intelligence and mental literacy.

Dr. Tan has extensive corporate experience, and was previously a senior Business Manager with the Standard Chartered Bank, Chief Executive of Europa Holdings Pte Ltd, Vice Chairman of China United Pure Water Company and Chairman of The Beverage Company of Asia in China.

Dr Tan is also the pioneer of the Buzan 5-Step Learning Plan® for nurturing life-long learners. Prior to moving to Indonesia, Mike served four years on active duty in the US Army, reaching the rank of Captain.  He served an additional four years in the Individual Ready Reserve (IRR) program.  In the military, Mike honed his leadership and training skills and often was called upon to conduct trainings and briefings to foreign dignitaries, government officials and other VIPs.

Mike is an inspiring leader who loves to challenge and motivate those around him.  In all his sessions with clients, Mike creatively draws out participants so that they discover answers that they never realized were there.

Ratna Locke is truly passionate about people. During corporate employment, she majored in training and developed her organisations’ human resource. She earned her Honours in Bachelor of Economics from University Malaya and subsequently a post‐graduate Diploma in Personnel Management from the Singapore Institute of Management.

In 1989, she joined PepsiCo Singapore’s Regional operations and there experienced a range of postings, from restaurant operations and the full spectrum of HR responsibilities, culminating in managing the Management Training Division for the entire Regional HQ, encompassing both operations as well as executive administrative positions.

Whilst at PepsiCo Singapore, she specialised in recruitment and selection and collaborated with Target Training Institute to design an in‐house selection process that increased the effectiveness for the selection of operations personnel. This resulted in an overall much increased retention rate of the operations staff.

Recognising her talent in developing in‐house programs, she was reassigned to the Management Training Division, responsible for their training needs analysis, developing their in‐house management development curriculum, sourcing for appropriate external training courses, conducting the in‐house training sessions, managing the training budget as well as data management.

Having left corporate employment, she now dedicates a major portion of her time as the co‐founder of LEAD Consultancy, where she assists her husband, Dr Simon Locke. She manages the administration; helps develop their customised training materials and conducts training in the areas of leadership education and development as well as its related profiling tools.

Started out in the The Salvation Army in Singapore, Sharon oversaw the implementation of Adventure Wilderness Learning Program for an after-school developmental program in four secondary schools. She organized and facilitated a series of overseas community service learning and adventure learning expeditions for teens, involving over 100 participants. She also developed school-based outreach programs for at-risk youths, and community-based programs for youths from lower socio-economic groups.

Sharon went on to provide training and consulting services to organizations in many Asian countries at Equipping Leaders for Asia, Singapore as a Training Manager. In her 2 years stay there, Sharon established, developed international partnerships and experienced working with people from a wide variety of cultural backgrounds and organizational levels. She was responsible for recruiting and training a corps of volunteer trainers to teach leadership seminars in other nations. Her coordination efforts for ongoing regional leadership development programs for not-for-profit organizations reached thousands of leaders in 19 Asia-Pacific countries and multiple languages.

Thomas’s banking career includes working with Bank of America, Merrill Lynch and Standard Chartered in the areas of Credit/Equity Derivatives, Fixed Income Securities and Commodities Trading. He moved to Singapore to build out the region’s operations teams.

He is currently married and resides in Singapore with his family. He is an avid language learner and speaks fluent Spanish and German, as well as intermediate Arabic and Chinese.
