Who We Are

Equipping Leaders for Asia was birthed out of desire to reach men and women who are passionate to grow leaders for God.

Our emphasis is on the younger generation, equipping and inspiring them to be “Salt and Light” in their families, schools, universities, workplace or ministry.

We believe in

So you will walk in the way of the good and keep to the paths of the righteous. For the upright will inhabit the land, and those with integrity will remain in it …

- Proverbs 2:20-21

Passion for Excellence

Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving.

- Colossians 3:23-24 (NIV)

Let your conversation be always full of grace, seasoned with salt, so that you may know how to answer everyone.

- Colossians 4:6 (NIV)

Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their labor: If either of them falls down, one can help the other up. But pity anyone who falls and has no one to help them up. Also, if two lie down together, they will keep warm. But how can one keep warm alone?

- Ecclesiastes 4:9-11 (NIV)

I have filled him with the Spirit of God, with wisdom, with understanding, with knowledge and with all kinds of skills— 4 to make artistic designs for work in gold, silver and bronze, 5 to cut and set stones, to work in wood, and to engage in all kinds of crafts.

- Exodus 31:3-5

She considers a field and buys it; out of her earnings she plants a vineyard. She sets about her work vigorously; her arms are strong for her tasks. She sees that her trading is profitable, and her lamp does not go out at night.

- Proverbs 31:16-18 (NIV)
